Easy Payment Tracking
When you receive a payment from a subscriber, you can easily record that payment and append it to the subscriber’s
account.
You can also create an auto-action in which a subscriber's service can be automatically suspended if payment is not received by 11:59PM at the end of the month. If the subscriber makes a payment the system will restore their service.

Mass Email
With our new Mass Email solution it is easy to stay in touch with your subscribers.
Just select a pre-defined email template and click Preview then Send.
You can also create a custom email and merge data fields from the Subscriber, Bill or ISP Set of fields used in the ISP Management & Billing software.

Simple, Customizable Invoicing
Our invoicing system automatically enters line items for services added to the subscriber.
You can also enter
custom line items such as computers, ink cartridges or whatever custom item you would like to see along with the supplied services.
Custom line items that were added can also be removed by the ISP. System-entered line items can be removed once the service has been removed from the subscriber. You can post a credit against an invoice to offset a charge.

Billing Info
If your subscriber pays with a check at first and then later prefers to pay automatically with a
credit card you can Edit the user information and select Auto Bill for future payments.

Subscribers have the ability to manage their own account through an online Portal that we supply you
along with ISP Management & Billing software. Subscribers can update their contact information, change or add new packages
that you offer to their account, view their statements, make payments and more. This is a BIG time saver
for the ISP and helps the subscriber get what they want FAST.

Subscribers can make payments to their accounts with ease. The subscriber can also select to automatically bill a
credit card for reocurring months service ensure that
their service will continue with out interuption. Online payments made by the subscriber are automatically posted
to their account in the ISP Management & Billing software.
