Broadband DSL is available in most AT&T California LATAs*. Billing for DSL services is billed to the subscriber as one charge which includes the DSL line conditioning (aka a loop charge). You (the ISP) will bill your subscriber for the bandwidth and ISP services (Email, Spam & Virus Protection, Disk Space, Online Web Portal etc.) and DSL line conditioning. visp.net's AT&T DSL is offered on a month-to-month term and may not be financially comparable to AT&T's direct annual contracts rates.
